Business First names Minds On as a Best Place to Work in Columbus.
09.20.2008 | Columbus, Ohio | Business First's Best Places to Work program recognizes the top companies in Central Ohio based on workplace satisfaction surveys. Quantum Market Research (QM-R) conducted these anonymous surveys with companies of all sizes, and after the scores were tallied, Minds On emerged as one of the Best Places to Work.
“We’re in the creativity business, so we foster an environment where creative people can thrive not only in their work, but in their personal pursuits as well,” said Tom Augustine, president of Minds On. “We are excited to be honored as a Best Place to Work because we really strive to provide a unique work space, great benefits, an atmosphere of encouragement and an appropriate balance between work and fun.”
From its full-service kitchen, to the ping pong table and arcade, to the artsy brainstorming room, Minds On definitely reflects a creative spirit. The Best Places to Work program is a voluntary nomination-based program. Each nominated company has the option to participate free of charge. Quantum Market Research (Q-MR) hosts an anonymous online survey with questions about workplace satisfaction. To be eligible, companies must have a minimum level of local, full-time employees participate in the survey. All companies that meet the minimum completed survey requirement have their individual scores tallied by Q-MR and are sent a basic report of their company’s scores. Each company is ranked against the other companies in their size category. The top companies in each size category are honored as Business First’s Best Places to Work.
