I ran my own company, 302 Creative, which specialized in Web and print design, before coming to work at Minds On. I had done project work for Minds On for several years, and then they offered me a full-time position as a designer. What I love most about my job at Minds On is that nothing is ever stagnant or boring. I enjoy the opportunity to do different things everyday. I do Web, print, branding and I’m also in charge of the photography studio. It's great to have that variety and do great work for our clients.
