I worked as a Radiation Therapist at the James Cancer Hospital for five years. When my first child was born, I decided to stay home. As Minds On began to grow, I came in to do some part-time administrative work for the company to help Tom out. Little did I know that after only one year I'd be full-time and handling all administration and finance duties. I love my job at Minds On because we are truly a family here, and that is really rare and special. Our clients are part of the family, too.
