DHL Supply Chain (Formerly Exel), was acquired by Deutsche Post DHL Group. Minds On was tasked with transforming the existing Exel.com site into a responsive framework as well as updating the overall aesthetic to meet DHL Global brand standards.
The energy sector holds an annual customer conference for industry leaders. Minds On created an integrated thought leadership campaign for this sector, which consisted of an industry-focused survey that provided insight into the challenges and opportunities that exist within the industry. Using this data, Minds On produced a multi-page report and supporting video. The content was distributed via email campaigns, online advertisements and more to generate leads and promote overall brand awareness ant thought leadership.
DHL attended the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) event, specifically for the retail supply chain audience. To educate attendees and position itself as a leader in the area of Omni-channel (a relatively new concept in consumer shopping behavior), Minds On developed pre- and post-show lead generation campaigns, social engagement campaigns, as well as an on-site show presence and accompanying motion graphic.
The life science sector of DHL Supply Chain identified an opportunity to serve large hospital networks that outsource their integrated delivery networks (IDNs). Based on DHL’s success managing 329 U.S. sites and life science operations in 44 countries, the team looked to Minds On to co-create a U.S. go-to-market plan to educate and inform CFOs in the largest hospital networks on the benefits of working with the global leader in hospital logistics.
Minds On developed a comprehensive plan, web assets and digital banners that promoted a thought leadership video to support overall sales efforts. The sales team was also equipped with sales presentations, information graphics, a customer engagement journey guide and ongoing content to boost the sales efforts.
