Healthlinx has a very complex B2B sale: recruiting senior executives and chief nursing officers for some of the nation's largest and most prestigious hospital systems. Healthlinx selling process is also very complex, requiring months of training, countless hours of mentoring and access to a myriad of tools to empower each sales executive along the way.
To help simplify, Healthlinx engaged Minds On in a multi-year project. The goal is to build a web-based internal sales management system that guides, tracks, provides insight, and most importantly, measures the success of their sales process. The application is a robust tool that has an administrative back-end by which Healthlinx executives can add, modify and delete content, as well as report on the success of their sales efforts across the enterprise—all with a level of speed and detail not before possible. The system has helped generate sales efficiencies of more than 30% across the organization.
