Jibe, headquartered in NYC, provides cloud-based recruiting technology solutions for talent acquisition teams. Minds On partnered with Jibe’s executive and marketing team to design and develop a complete brand launch. Deliverables included identity, branding, messaging, responsive website, collateral, sales enablement tools, tradeshow booths, and more.
Jibe needed a brand makeover and a mark that could quickly tell their story. Minds On worked with Jibe to create a logo that does just that. The Jibe logo represents the idea of connecting two parties; the HR manager and applicant. The single ‘i’ symbolizes the perfect candidate that is acquired through the use of Jibe’s platform.
In addition to the mark, Minds On helped develop and define the brand message and elements in order to achieve brand consistency.
Jibe.com was designed with the ‘mobile first’ approach. The site was built in a responsive framework to enable mobile, tablet, and desktop users to achieve an exceptional and consistent experience, no matter the device. Vibrant color, clear typography, and strong calls-to-action enable the site to be a powerful lead-generation tool.
A series of promotional and sales collateral was designed to help support the sales process, create brand awareness, and drive action.
The newly designed brand message and theme was applied to two different sized booths. The results were exceptional, as Jibe easily stood out from other exhibitors and received endless complements from the event’s attendees.
