Digital Account Coordinator

Intero Digital Web Services Division delivers top-notch website and web maintenance solutions to our valued clients. We seek a talented, experienced Digital Account Coordinator to join our Web Services Division. Responsibilities:

  • Website Design and Development Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, managing their web-related needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery working with our Project Management, Design and Development teams for support.
  • Website Maintenance: Oversee requests from the client for routine website updates, content revisions, and maintenance tasks for assigned client websites, ensuring optimal performance working with our Project Management, Design and Development teams for support.
  • Client Communication: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and support.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, developers, and content creators, to execute website updates and small-scale projects efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all website updates and maintenance tasks meet our high standards and adhere to client requirements.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account performance, web maintenance activities, and project status for presentation to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Idea Generation: Generate and curate creative ideas and strategies on a monthly basis for web maintenance accounts, ensuring they receive continuous attention and have opportunities to boost service hours through value-driven website enhancements and updates.
  • Account Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with Account Managers to maximize client satisfaction and revenue generation.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in web account management, preferably within a digital agency or web services company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Web Development) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems (CMS), and web hosting environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and building lasting client relationships.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools is a plus.

This role places a strong emphasis on web and UI, but involves other marketing-related projects like, social, web ads, infographics, layout and more.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Projects include but are not limited to: Websites, user interfaces (UI),  print advertisements, branding, PowerPoint presentations, brochures, catalogs, HTML emails, infographics, trade show displays, animated web ads and more
  • Comfortably present project details and concepts through written, verbal and visual presentation

We are seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join the Minds On team. The ideal candidate will have previous digital agency experience and be comfortable managing multiple digitally driven client accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactive Client Relationship Builder

  • Develops, maintains, and extends client relationships by creating and maintaining a deep understanding of the client’s business and goals and can translate those into projects for Minds On. Continually fosters meaningful communication between Minds On and our clients throughout the relationship and oversees day-to-day management of all client account interactions and projects.
  • Is responsible for growing client accounts — both project base and revenue.
  • Acts as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts.
  • Manages ongoing correspondence and ensures a positive relationship with assigned accounts.

Strategic Thinker and Communicator

  • Delivers proactive, strategic, and relationship-based account management by continually providing solutions and ideas to clients, thus resulting in increased, profitable opportunities for Minds On.
  • Develops client strategies, communicates, and provides updates to these strategies as needs dictate.
  • Keeps informed of client’s industry/segment to make applicable and impactful recommendations and suggestions regarding marketing strategy.

Client and Internal Team Advocate

  • Strikes an even balance between delivering on client requests and supporting the internal team’s workflow, process, and workload.
  • Serves as the internal resource for team members when the client and project challenges arise within an account.
  • Influences and negotiates with clients regarding recommendations made by creative team members and navigates and addresses any concerns or disputes from the client or internal team.
  • Knowledgeable in basic creative and web development processes to communicate on behalf of the design and development teams if needed.

Detail-Oriented, Driven Manager

  • Works with the Project Management Director to manage and oversee projects and associated tasks throughout each engagement/project period.
  • Develops Project Briefs that accurately capture project goals, specifications, and final deliverables. Effectively communicates these specifications to the project management, design, and development teams for execution.
  • Works with Project Management Director to initiate and facilitate meetings, brainstorms, and teamwork among internal resources to ensure project delivery.
  • Gathers progress reports on all client projects/campaigns and works with Project Management to develop processes to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
  • Schedules all client meetings, develops agendas, and debriefs afterward with the client and internal team.
  • Manages projects using defined project management tools (Monday, Dropbox, Dropbox Paper) and other communication vehicles.
  • Oversees quality assurance through all aspects of each project. Is responsible for final project quality before the project is released to the client or production.

Expert Executer of On-scope, On-time, and On-budget Projects

  • Manages project scope, ensuring that project components outlined in the proposal are met with quality and integrity.
  • As projects progress, the Sr. Account Manager will monitor scope creep and secure the necessary approval from the client and any internal entities before proceeding.
  • Addresses out-of-scope pricing changes with the client, gaining approval before moving projects forward. Keeps client abreast of any events that may impact project timeline or cost. Conversely, responsible for apprising the agency on any events at the client which may be relevant.
  • Proactively communicates necessary budgetary changes and impacts to the management and the financial team. Possess ultimate responsibility for executing client campaigns within agreed-upon budgets.
  • Upon completion of projects, manage the closing process, including managing the review (internal) process. Measures client satisfaction and assists internal units with billing/invoicing for services rendered and products delivered.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or a related field) from a four-year college or university is a minimum qualification, and 5-8+ years of previous marketing, account management, business development, or consulting experience is required.
  • Previous experience at a marketing or digital agency with proven experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously is a must.
  • Experience and exposure in working with project managers, strategy, creative and development teams.
  • Has managed website design and development projects from small to enterprise.
  • Solid presentation and communication skills are critical—demonstrated ability to communicate with business and department leaders in various industries.
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized, great listener and translator of inputs from clients.
  • The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual willing to diversify and multi-task — the ability to work on various projects independently or within a team structure. Possession of excellent writing and communication skills is essential. Follow-through and responsiveness are also critically important.

We’re looking for an energetic, positive-minded, and motivated web designer to join our experienced team.

About Minds On

Minds On specializes in creating dynamic websites that help our clients improve engagement and drive growth. We build sites in a variety of CMS platforms and hosting environments, including WordPress, DNN, Shopify and more, serving multiple markets — mid-size to enterprise. We’re looking for a talented web designer with deep knowledge in UI/UX and familiarity with HTML/CSS who is able to think outside of the box, but also work within project parameters, to solve web design challenges for B2B and B2C companies.

Minds On is looking for freelance motion designers, specializing in 2D and 3D, to work directly with our creative team to translate storyboards and static designs into animated video content. Our team of designers are highly collaborative and detailed—and will share ideas, set clear requirements and provide motion-ready assets for animation.

Skills and experience needed to be successful:

  • Advanced editing, motion graphics, and animation skills
  • Detail oriented; ability to take direction and ensure work is thorough
  • Ability to manage project deadlines
  • Strong design sense, including composition, color and typography
  • Desire to work collaboratively with in-house design team; willing to share recommendations and ideas for improving animation and the overall outcome of the project
